I live in a two bedroom apartment in Safdarjung Enclave. An Indian man rolls a wheel barrel of fresh vegetables down my street every morning. Bright colored saris wave from every balcony in the neighborhood as they hang out to dry. An auto rickshaw stand is around the corner and I walk two feet to get my clothes ironed every day for 5 cents a shirt.

I LOVE the Jesus picture. I have one in my room too! Hee hee. You're so cool. Ironing your shirt for 5 cents! Wow! How wonderful! I love it that I get chills every time I read stuff from you about India. Last time I even got teary-eyed.
Make sure you give them 10 cents or 20 instead!

I should tell Benji to bring all his laundry when he comes to visit!
